Once again, I am looking forward to seeing 12 happy faces sitting before me as I share four new great recipes just in time for summer entertaining. What a better way to kick off the summer entertaining season than to start the evening off with chilled white wine as we feast on Shrimp Burgers, an incredible twist on the American classic burger, complete with our own “special sauce”! Grilled Filet of Beef Kabobs with a Mediterranean Relish will melt in your mouth and the relish will replace everything you’ve ever made to go with filet mignon! Not only will I demonstrate my recipe for Baby Back Ribs, but I promise to share my very easy and favorite recipe for a homemade barbecue sauce. Finally, I’m going to take the traditional taco to a higher level by making and serving Indian Chicken Tacos with Warm Naan, Avocados, Tomatoes, Sweet Onions and Hot Sauce for the dare devils in the class.
