I had the distinct pleasure of dealing with Rania when we chose her as the caterer for our daughter's recent wedding reception. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Rania's Catering is more than a business. It is owned and operated by Rania Harris who truly is a unique and amazing person. She is gracious, warm, extremely competent, and perhaps one of the most efficient people I have ever encountered. On top of that, she is an excellent cook. The quality of the food that is prepared by Rania's Catering is top rate. At our daughter's recent wedding reception, we heard comments that the appetizers, the meals, and the cake were the best that people ever had eaten! Rania's Catering is also unique because Rania surrounds herself with staff members who share her work ethic and who are as gracious and warm as she. The burden of planning an event is undertaken by Rania. She listened to what we wanted, and she provided us with an abundance of suggestions. She works very closely with all of the other vendors who might be working at the event, and she makes certain that everything comes together flawlessly. The week before our daughter's wedding, she patiently incorporated our last minute changes to our plans. She also created an atmosphere where I knew that I could absolutely rely on her. I am a bit of a perfectionist, and for me to say that I am able to absolutely rely on somebody is a significant statement. Our daughter's wedding reception was everything that she had hoped and dreamed for, and I give the credit for that to Rania and her company. There was a minimum of stress in the planning process, and none of it is attributable to Rania or the people with whom she collaborates. As you may notice, I am a huge fan. I am the mother of one daughter, but if I had any other daughters for whom I wished to host a wedding reception I would turn to Rania's Catering immediately!
