Keeping it simple doesn’t mean we have to keep it short when it comes to content and flavor. What better flavor is there than the flavors that come to us via South of the Border? Having spent some serious time in Mexico, I found it very hard to decide what to teach, so I’m teaching way more than the norm in this class! Fresh Salsa and Guacamole with crispy tortilla chips and Margaritas will start the evening off in a mega Mexican way! Gazpacho with Lime Chicken is just the beginning of our great fiesta feast. Baja Fish Tacos with a fabulous sauce straight from Puerto Vallarta combined with our Beef Quesadillas just might encourage you to run home and plan your next fiesta! But wait! We’re not finished! How do Chicken and Black Bean Tostados sound as yet another main course option? Sounds pretty amazing, if you ask me. However, before you go, don’t forget that we will toss in vanilla ice cream sundaes with a warm Cajeta Caramel Sauce! Ole!
