Bada Bing, Bada Bang! Italian Classics Done Right!

He’s Sicilian – he’s hot!  What can I say about Carl that I haven’t said previously?  His personality and the way he teaches us how to cook is first class.  His classes sell out because everybody loves Carl.  His menu tonight, celebrating everything Italian, is so extensive that I barely have the room on the brochure for all the titles.  Get ready, because here I go: We’ll start you off on the right foot with the classic Italian aperitif Negroni, to stimulate your appetite.  Stracciatella Alla Romano (soup to you) and Sunday Night at Nana’s for her Italian Salad will be next on Carl’s line up.  Mom’s Spaghetti with Homemade Meatballs and Sauce is what Carl lovingly calls his “Secondo”. Braciole (Stuffed Flank Steak), Parmesan Pork Cutlets and Italian Herb Roasted Thighs constitutes a trio of entrees.  Pizza Fritta and Strudel Di Mele are the two desserts on Carl’s menu. Just in case you’ve lost count, we are now at nine dishes on tonight’s menu.  I think Carl has lost his mind but what do I know? Carl seems to get it all done in two hours and the task at hand is for you all to be able to consume all this food and still be able to waddle home… Class of a lifetime with our own Chef Extraordinaire leading the way!
