Hands On AND ALL CHOCOLATE!

Every time we offer any type of small "hands on" classes, they always sell out. The demand is definitely there, so this term, we're doing another in the series with our Executive Pastry Chef, Stuart Marks. Please note that this class is going to be limited to only 12 students. You must bring an apron to the class and know that Stuart will be teaching the class in our catering kitchen. Please note that you'll be getting chocolate on your hands and licking the bowl is perfectly acceptable. You'll be working pretty hard as you try your hands at working with chocolate, just in time for Easter! Tonight's class will feature homemade Bittersweet Chocolate Truffles finished with Sea Salt and Arbol Chile Peppers. You will also learn to the trick behind making the perfect chocolate dipped Strawberry. Stuart will teach you how to make Semi-Sweet Chocolate Candies three ways: Caramel ~ Peanut Butter ~ Cherry. Finally, you'll be making Painted Chocolate Molds on a stick. As always, Stuart's lovely assistants will be on hand to pour the wine and to serve some nibbles to help keep your strength. Please believe me when I tell you that you will leave this class feeling confident and accomplished, as well as very proud little chocolate experts!
