Mike is back! Not only is he going to share his vast experience and knowledge of wines with us, he's going to ply us with wines from Italy while Rania plies us with food! What a win-win Situation! Rania does all the cooking and Mike brings all the wines! We don't demo the recipes...we just polish them off as we sip and sniff. We will supply some of the recipes for our students to take home so that they can recreate their own Italian themed party. Get ready feast on our Italian menu featuring Stuffed Cubinella Peppers with Sausage and finished with our homemade marinara Sauce. Calamari al Sicilian and Winter Caprese Salad with our very own homemade Ravioli with Rani'a Pesto are all part of the line-up. For a wonderful and sweet ending to our wine tasting, Mike promises to bring something yummy to go with our Chocolate Tiramisu Torte.
