Last Minute Everyday Meals - Part 1
Last Minute Everyday Meals - Part 1
Thursday March 8th, 2012 7:00pm - 9:00pm - With Rania
I know the drill for working mothers and fathers with school age children. I also know the drill for folks like me, whose children are grown and gone, but dinnertime still takes place, no matter what time I get home from work. Fast food is simply not an option, but good food, fast, is a necessity. This class is the first of a two part series dedicated to reducing the stress in your life and turn making dinner something that becomes enjoyable. Grab a glass of wine as you read on as I tantalize your taste buds with the content of tonight's class. We'll start off with my recipe for Last Minute Lasagna that requires only ingredients straight from the grocer's shelf. Spicy Chicken and Tortilla Soup is made with all store bought items and a few vegetables. Parmesan Crusted Chicken Cutlets are made in under 30 minutes and that includes both prep and cooking time! Beer and Beef Stew requires only the use of one pot with virtually no cleanup for the cook to handle. Pork Chops with Lemon Garlic Breadcrumbs will have dinner on the table before the evening news has ended. I don't care if you're cooking for two or twelve. This class will convert you into a gourmet chef whose days at the drive through window are numbered.
