Frankly, I don't feel the need to even tell you about Gloria's class or what she plans to demonstrate tonight. She could be making mud pies and the class would still sell out. The woman is a magnet when it comes to food and she doesn't need me singing her praises. The bottom line is that she's a rock star and everyone wants to attend her classes. I don't even know the theme behind her menu and honestly, I don't care! All I care about is that she has agreed to come back to teach another class, even if it were on how to paint your walls.... However, there really is a menu and it does sound sensational! Gloria is going to begin the class with Tea Smoked Salmon Napoleon with Spinach and Roasted Peppers. Spring Pasta Vingole (pasta with every vegetable related to the season bathed in a light broth and finished with wine and sweet butter) is next on the lineup. Her incredibly famous Roasted Beet Salad (yes, the one on her menu!) will also be featured on tonight's menu.
