When I think of Aaron, I think of Bruce Springsteen, Anthony Bourdain and George Clooney…. All wrapped up into one glorious and sexy package!  Bruce because, he’s the boss. Anthony because, he’s a true chef.  George…. Well, no explanation necessary :>)  If Aaron were to put a whipped liver milkshake before me, it would taste like grilled lobster topped with caviar.  My point is that he can do no wrong.  In looking over the menu that he created for tonight’s class, you will agree that I am not exaggerating.  How can we go wrong with Pan-Seared Scallops with Lemon Chive Cream Sauce? Can a salad of Arugula, Grilled Asparagus, Roasted Red Peppers finished with Shaved Parmigiano Reggiano finished with a Dijon Vinaigrette begin to compete with anything you’ve ever paid way too much money for at a high end restaurant? When was the last time you had Almond Encrusted Grouper finished with Lime-Cilantro Vinaigrette paired with Grilled Vegetable Couscous? Forget about going to one of those hundred dollar (or more) dinner restaurants and make your reservation to sit at Aaron’s table tonight.  Our pastry chefs, Patty and Stuart, promise to make a spectacular dessert as the perfect finale for Aaron’s class.  All we need is you and your appetite!
