Tom has done many beer tastings here at Rania’s.  We’ve seen every type of beer from all blondes to all dark brunettes. He’s never done a class on wheat beers and he told me that it’s the new thing for the serious beer drinker and that we’ve got to get with the program and think “BAR FOOD”!  So, start getting your heads in gear for a bar food beer tasting and plan on luscious beers that will be paired with Rania’s luscious food. To match all of the beer that Tom is bringing for us to taste tonight, Rania plans on setting out a buffet of food to include Barbecued Wings, Grilled Burgers with Gorgonzola Cheese, Quesadillas with Caramelized Onions and Jack Cheese finished with Guacamole and Kosher Hot Dogs topped with Chili. We’ll toss in homemade ice cream sandwiches to satisfy your sweet tooth and promise that you will leave this class well satiated and with a smile on your face!
