ENTERTAINING WITH EASE

Listen up, my dears, because this class is the one for you if you’re the least bit intimidated when it comes whipping the cream, mashing the taters, flaming the sauce and entertaining, in general.  Everyone needs a little support in the kitchen now and then and everyone needs a few simple recipes to get them through when time is short.  I can’t tell you how many times I’m still in the shower when my guests are coming up the front walk!  Tonight’s class will transform even the most timid hostess into Perle Mesta! We’ll start the festivities off with my famous Orange and Mint Salad with Roasted Beets.  Roasted Rack of Lamb is a snap to make and it goes so well with our classic Shrimp Risotto.  Nothing says “WOW” like our Pecorino and Pears with Chestnut Honey!  I promise you one thing: after taking this class, you’ll be composing the guest list, ordering the flowers and chilling the wines.  Fear will be in your past – you’ll be entering the world of greatness when it comes to culinary excellence!
