This class has become extraordinarily popular ever since Rania started to teach food and wine pairings. Coming up with just the right menu that screams “Exceptional” is no easy task. Coming up with just the right wines to pair with this great meal is even more of a challenge.  She relies on her good friends who know their grapes to suggest the wines after she personally creates the class content.  Well, get ready for another sold out class, because this one is simply spectacular!  A light white wine will be featured with her Tomatoes stuffed with Crab. A bold red will match the Porcini Encrusted Filet Mignon and French Mashed Potatoes with Cheese and Garlic.
