Brie and Prosciutto Panini

Ingredients:
1/4 cup good-quality mayonnaise
1 loaf Ciabatta bread, sliced in half lengthwise
1/2 pound brie, cut into slices
1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 pound prosciutto, very thinly sliced
Olive oil, for brushing

Directions:
Heat the
Panini press. Spread mayonnaise on both cut sides of the bread and
arrange the Brie, onion, and prosciutto on one side. Close and brush
with olive oil.
Cook in
the Panini press for 3-4 minutes, until the crust is golden and
crispy. Cut into bite-size squares or rectangles. Wrap with paper and
tie with twine. Serve warm.
