We offer tastings for weddings and large-scale events after a date is booked with us. If you're planning a big day with full service, a tasting is a great way to finalize your menu. We don’t offer tastings for smaller events or drop-offs—but we’re always happy to talk through the menu in detail and help guide your choices.
Always. Every menu is built around your preferences, dietary needs, and the kind of food you want your guests to remember.
All of the above. We’ll help guide you toward what fits your space, your style, and how you want the night to feel.
Yes—chefs, servers, and RAMP-certified bartenders. Staffing costs are separate from your food total, and we’ll help you figure out exactly what’s needed to make your event run smoothly.
Absolutely. We work with trusted rental companies to coordinate everything needed for catering—like ovens, glassware, dishware, and anything else your venue doesn’t supply.
We don’t sell alcohol, but we’re happy to serve what you provide—and we can bring mixers and ice if needed.

Yes. We offer a kosher menu upon request and will walk you through what that entails. While we are not a certified kosher kitchen, we can prepare kosher-style meals or cook in a certified kitchen you provide or rent. We’re happy to coordinate with your rabbi or mashgiach to make sure everything is done right.
Yes—we do this all the time. Whether it’s a dinner for ten or a shower for thirty, we’ll work with you to make it feel easy and special. We can cook in your kitchen (no, it’s not weird!) or prep offsite and deliver hot and ready. If you’re not sure if your event “counts,” just ask. We’ll talk it through and figure out what works.
Both! We can deliver items hot and ready to serve, or chilled with easy reheating instructions.
Yes. We can include high-quality disposable plates, cutlery, and napkins upon request—just let us know what you need.
If we’re delivering your food, we can absolutely help with a simple setup on-site. We’ll arrange everything as discussed so you’re ready to go.
Most likely, yes. We work all over Pittsburgh and beyond. If we haven’t been to your venue yet, we’ll figure it out.
We typically ask for your final guest count two weeks before the event so we can place accurate orders and finalize staffing.
We accept cash, check, or credit card. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
Yes. We apply a 12% administrative fee on the food portion of your invoice. This covers planning, coordination, and behind-the-scenes support to ensure your event runs smoothly. It does not apply to staffing costs.
Yes, we love working with nonprofits. For fundraising events, we waive our admin fee, and for other nonprofit gatherings, we’re happy to talk through special pricing options.
